The South Surrey campus is located near a wide range of cafes, shops, and services nearby so students can run errands, shop for groceries, or grab a bite to eat just steps from the campus.

In addition, the campus is within walking distance to a number of residential areas, making it easier for those who live in the neighbourhood to train for a new career close to home. Students can also visit one of the local parks and green spaces to get some fresh air after class.
