School Overview

College of the North Atlantic, Carbonear campus, is located on the east coast of Newfoundland and Labrador. Carbonear is one of Canada’s oldest town’s with a rich cultural history dating back to 1550. The current population is approximately 4,800 residents. Carbonear provides a wide variety of services and attractions. Its friendliness and relaxed atmosphere make it an ideal place to attend secondary or post-secondary, work, raise a family, and/or retire. Residents have close access to health care facilities, secondary and post-secondary schools, shopping, restaurants, recreational facilities including a swimming pool, and many other amenities.
